This Circle of Return invites participants to step into a Veteran-Led Virtual Sonic Meditation over zoom that will take participants on an inward journey of self-discovery and healing that will specifically target the energy centers in the body to relieve symptoms of anxiety, PTS, isolation, and pain. This event will introduce the frequency-minded meditation of Listening to Smile and the new partnership with Veteran Rites to deliver the healing power of sound to the military family. Veteran Rites is an official affiliate with Listening to Smile with a focus on serving veterans and their families. This virtual Circle of Return is available to our people, leveraging the diverse genres of intentional frequencies that integrate mindfulness, sound healing, and science to combat the most prevalent physical, emotional, and spiritual ailments in the veteran community. Noise-Cancelling Headphones are highly recommended :)
