You cannot register for this meeting

Dedicated to anyone caring for someone living with dementia. Experiences will provide caregivers a way to connect and express their feelings through singing, moving, and listening activities guided by live and recorded music. Practical resources will also be provided for participants to use music outside of groups. Experiences can include movement to music, group songwriting, relaxation/breathing exercises, and lyric analysis.
