Start your week out right! This weekly drop-in meditation is open to everyone. No previous experience is required. Now Children Teachers will offer simple practice instruction through guided meditation to help you become more present, resilient, and wise. Time to ask questions and to discuss will follow. Personal mindfulness practice is key to supporting a more mindful and compassionate world. It’s also fundamental to supporting your own “inner world”. Do it for your kids. Do it for you!
