Join Michelle Dionisio for Dance and Movement Summer Series.
Dance and Movement classes will have a new theme during the summer. 3M Movement classes will be every other week during the summer as we will introduce the themed classes on the alternate weeks listed below,

Below is the schedule and class descriptions:

June Class Theme: Dance Through the Decades and 3M Movement.

Dance Through the Decades: This fun class teaches older adults to learn or re-explore the popular social dances of the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s with the music we all love and remember!

3M Movement: 3M Movement Class (Mind,Muscle,Merriment)- This class is designed for older adults with or without prior dance training, that provides opportunities to strengthen and bring awareness to the body, explore movement, improvisation and dance making to serve as a springboard for expression and general well being.

June 7: Dance Through the Decades/50's and 60's
June 14: 3M Movement
June 21: Dance Through the Decades/70's and 80's
June 28: 3M Movement

July Class Theme: Belly Dancing and 3M Movement

Belly Dance for Fun”- Learn some basic movements while dancing and having fun.

July 5: NO CLASS
July 12: 3M Movement
July 19: Belly Dancing
July 26: 3M Movement

August Class Theme: Dance Fusion and 3M Movement

Dance Fusion-This class is designed for the active older adult
using a variety of music from Latin, Pop, Broadway, Jazz, R&B rhythms to basic dance movements. This class is a fun and works to tone and strengthen the body! This class is offered in a modified format and lower intensity.
