Slow flow yoga classes aim to support your need to unwind, relax, and decompress from the daily grind.
This beginner-friendly class will help to alleviate body aches and release any stress, tension, or pent-up energy accumulated throughout your day.
Class meets weekly and offers gentle and easy-to-do stretches, strength bearing and balance postures, simple flows with the breath, and grounding meditations to soothe and quiet your overactive mind and nervous system, to help you shift out of overwhelm and into ease and relaxation. And the best part is that you practice in the safety and comfort of your home environment.
The class is held every Tuesday at 7 pm - PST.
The cost is $15 sent via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle bank transfer.
