Auburn Bay Residents Association - Annual General Meeting 2020/2021
Hello Auburn Bay,

The 2020/21 Annual General Meeting is being held virtually through Zoom. As per the Special Resolution passed at the 2019/20 Annual General Meeting.

Residents who plan on attending the AGM must pre-register prior to 5:00p.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, to obtain the official Annual General Meeting Link. The meeting check-in will begin promptly at 6:45 P.M. and the meeting will commence sharply at 7:00 P.M. any late arrivals will be unable to vote once the scrutineer's report has been delivered.

Due to the nature of the AGM and in the best interest of time, we ask all residents to submit their inquiries when they register to attend. The ABRA Board of Directors will ensure all questions are answered after the formal part of the AGM.

Residents who are unable to attend the AGM and would like to submit a proxy, can do so in one of three ways:

2) In person: Drop off at Auburn House, 200 Auburn Bay Blvd S.E.
3) Email: gm@auburnbay.org
