Tai Chi for Arthritis
In this evidenced based program participants will :
• Learn gentle, slow and low-impact movements, meditation and deep breathing.
• Improve your balance, strength, flexibility, muscle tone and coordination.
• Relieve stress, combat disease and enhance physical and mental well-being.

Instructor Bio: Linda Matrone has been an active participant of Area Agency on Aging for the past 4 years. After participating in many class sessions, Linda decided to become certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis almost two years ago. She was a senior companion for fifteen years and has also worked with handicapped individuals through the school system. Mrs. Matrone also is a certified instructor in Matter of Balance classes, which she offered in person until the pandemic.
