We all thrive when we have friends. That’s true in good times, but when life presents challenges, having meaningful friendships is even more crucial. In this monthly series, we’ll explore questions like:
What makes friendships more meaningful?
What is my responsibility to my friends?
What supports new friendships, and keeps long-standing ones resilient?
How can family members or colleagues become our friends?
We’ll look into the role of Breema, Self-Breema, and the Nine Principles of Harmony—especially the principle of Mutual Support—in creating and nurturing friendships in many areas of our lives, and there will be time for questions and answers. We’ll also practice lots of Self-Breema to support aliveness and body mind connection.
