Futures Literacy - The Professional Development Skill We Are Missing

Futures Literacy is a skill you can use to write a new story about how your future will unfold. It is a way of taking back control in a world that some people feel is chaotic and threatening.

If we don’t understand the alphabet or language of a country, then we cannot communicate clearly. We are unable to read the signs, hear the warnings, see the opportunities. We are illiterate and vulnerable.

Futures Literacy gives you those building blocks to start to read the future so that you can use the models to make substantial plans to craft your preferred future.

The models or concepts will be presented by Charlotte Kemp and then we will chat about how they might be applied in our own circles of influence and what value we can get from implementing them.
