The Eye Report: An Introduction

Eye reports provide information about a person's vision that can be used to provide needed supports at home, at school, and in the community.

Participants will be able to:
State nature and duration of visual issues (assessment & plan section)
*Describe the guiding principles that inform the structure of an eye report/note
*Identify functional vision educational implications
*Define basic terminology
*Locate the student/patient findings on an eye report and work with the professionals available to serve your learner (TVI)
