Practicing mindfulness can calm your anxiety and induce relaxation. In this workshop, you will learn to practice calming mindfulness to help you relax and focus better. The workshop is presented by Dr. Kathryn Koo, licensed clinical psychologist and faculty at Health and Wellness Center.
