PS MHTTC Event: Aging-out or Growing Together; Flipping the Youth Services Paradigm to Better Support Young Adulthood
DESCRIPTION
Join us in collaboration with diverse youth-serving-organizations for a monthly Learning Series that uplifts the complex and comprehensive needs of transitional aged youth and explores the creative ways youth-serving organizations are adjusting to best support them. Beyond just exploring barriers to meaningful engagement and service provision, this generative space will also uplift culturally and developmentally appropriate models that support young adults towards wellness and self-actualization through presentation and conversation.

2. Build an understanding of brain science and culturally sustaining practices that strengthen service provision for transitional aged youth
