PS MHTTC Event: Aging-out or Growing Together; Flipping the Youth Services Paradigm to Better Support Young Adulthood
Join us in collaboration with diverse youth-serving-organizations for a monthly Learning Series that uplifts the complex and comprehensive needs of transitional aged youth and explores the creative ways youth-serving organizations are adjusting to best support them. Beyond just exploring barriers to meaningful engagement and service provision, this generative space will also uplift culturally and developmentally appropriate models that support young adults towards wellness and self-actualization through presentation and conversation.

1. Uplift the unique experiences and developmental needs of transitional aged youth
2. Build an understanding of brain science and culturally sustaining practices that strengthen service provision for transitional aged youth
3. Expand organizational capacity to address priority topics, including but not limited to meaningful program engagement, teaming, healthy boundary setting and accountability

All community-based organizations and institutions that support the mental health and wellness of transitional aged youth.

All sessions will be held from 10:00 am - 11:15 am Pacific Time on the last Wednesday of every other month beginning in November.
