Teachers do not diagnose, however, we have the ability to know how to reach all of our children’s potential. Early identification means we develop a plan within our classroom to help the child and their family. We begin by being the parents’ partner and developing a great reciprocal relationship. Participants will receive tools to help them observe, collect data and communicate effectively with their children’s parents. It is our role, as caregivers, to modify for each child and find resources to meet their individual needs. If we reach each child early, we can make all the difference in their lives!
