Ethics for Prevention Professionals

The Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board has a Code of Ethics for Prevention Professionals as well as a Prevention Scope of Practice, which are different than other disciplines. This training will review, discuss, and apply the requirements in order to ensure prevention practitioners are operating within the guidelines. This training will meet the requirement for those interested in pursuing an OCPSA certification, or for those renewing an OCPSA, OCPS, OCPC certification. For those interested in obtaining an OCPS or OCPC designation, 6.0 contact hours of ethics is required.
