Lunch at the Library 2023 Info and Inspiration Workshop

Join the Lunch at the Library team and library staff from throughout California to learn about the value of library meal programs and to gain inspiration from those who hosted Lunch at the Library programs in 2022. Learn how library staff worked with community partners to provide opportunities for accessing nutritious food and opportunities for youth, families, and adults to engage in a variety of activities. By the end of this workshop you’ll know how others have successfully facilitated meal programs and have new inspiration for your own program.

Lunch at the Library 2023 Networking & Brainstorming Session

Would you like to spend time talking with library staff from across the state about ideas for responding to community needs through meal programs? Would you like to imagine how to be innovative in your 2023 Lunch at the Library program? This is your chance to do that. In this networking and brainstorming session you will have the opportunity to join, in small groups, with other library staff to generate 2023 Lunch at the Library ideas. By the end of the session you’ll be inspired to try new things or re-imagine ideas that you’ve tried out before.

Lunch at the Library 2023 Farm to Summer

This is your chance to learn about Farm to Summer programs and the resources available for building this type of service with your community. You will hear from organizations that support Farm to Summer services and have a chance to brainstorm with your colleagues about your own Farm to Summer service.
