10:00am PT - Alec Ferretti presents "DNA Clustering: Automating Shared Matching"
This talk will demystify autoclustering, by demonstrating how it is simply a more visual method of automating shared matches. Case studies will be used to show how autoclustering is valuable, but is essentially the same strategy genealogists have been using for years.
Alec Ferretti is a New-York-City-based professional genealogist, who works for the Wells Fargo Family & Business History Center, researching family histories for high net worth clients. He serves actively on the Board of Reclaim the Records, a nonprofit dedicated
to wrangling public records from obstinate government agencies.
