Building Immigrant Inclusive Anti-Poverty Solutions 201
Please join us for a follow up to Global Michigan and Global Detroit's Summer Conference session: Building Immigrant Inclusion to Local Anti-Poverty and Economic Opportunity Work . First-time attendees can also attend the workshop as a stand-alone session.

In this session led by Steve Tobocman, Executive Director of Global Detroit, participants will have an opportunity to learn tools to integrate underrepresented immigrant communities into local anti-poverty and asset-building programs and strategies. This workshop is designed to serve community action agencies, regardless of the current level of immigrant integration into local programs--both agencies with existing programs serving immigrants and those new to the topic will leave with tangible actions that can be implemented locally.

This training is free to MCA members, non-MCA members may attend for a $25 donation to MCA's Greatest Needs Fund.

Sep 14, 2021 12:00 PM in Eastern Time (US and Canada)
