How Heritage Middle School Used 11,000 PBIS Points to Improve Targeted Behaviors

Meet Reagan Allegri, the Principal of Heritage Middle School. The team at Heritage has created a behavior management system that has collected and analyzed 42,000 pieces of behavior data this year.

Every school claims they make data-driven decisions, Heritage really makes data-driven decisions. All of that data has turned into some real, tangible results for the school. Results like:

- 11,500 points used to reinforce targeted behaviors
- Lesson plans to re-teach those targeted skills
- Over 1,200 intangible rewards that their students love
