Please plan on joining MH and John Hickman, from Ledra Brands, for an AIA presentation titled "LED Color Quality and Consistency for Sustainable Design."

Description: This course delves into the details of quality LED lighting; how quality LED lighting is manufactured, measured, and identified. Why it is important to properly identify and select products with consistent and sustainable color over time.

Prerequisite Knowledge: An understanding of basic LED lighting technology and it's use in interior applications.

HSW Justification: Color quality and sustainability are critical elements to visual acuity and accurate color rendering of architectural environment for safety and well being.

Learning Objective 1: Recognize and identify LED technologies that pertain to sustainable color and light output.

Learning Objective 2: Understand and use the concept of SDCM/MacAdam Ellipses and color shift for selecting sustainable lighting products.

Learning Objective 3: Understand and determine application requirements for suitable lighting color consistency and longevity.

Learning Objective 4: Confidently select LED lighting products and design using industry standard report data and test results for sustainable design.
