Be Kind to Your Mind - a group for everyone
The pandemic has affected each of us differently, but we have experienced similar reactions, such as worry, frustration, sorrow, and mental exhaustion. The “Be Kind to your Mind” online discussion group provides a safe forum for people to share their stories, hear from others, and discover strategies for dealing with uncertain times.

In this group, the goal is to help each other persevere as we go through challenges related to the pandemic. A Stay Well counselor will moderate each session, listening in and helping participants process their emotions.

Each group session will last one hour. Participants will be asked to abide by a set of ground rules for courtesy and respect for others.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
You can choose to attend one or more of the following sessions.
