When we begin a class, we have just a few minutes to catch our students’ attention, and to invite them on the inner journey we have prepared for them with our asana sequence. There is not so much time and there are so many things we would like to say. In this meeting, we will look on some suggestions on how to create an interesting, effective and comprehensive introduction to our classes, so that we can take our students by hand and make them sense the depth of our Anusara practice from the very beginning.
