The healthcare industry has been heavily affected by the great resignation/re-evaluation that continues throughout the US workforce. This CoP will provide resources and approaches that can be used within community health center settings to build resilience in the integrated primary care and behavioral health care workforce. We will discuss strategies health centers can implement for enhancing employee recruitment, engagement, and retention. Topics will include low- and no-cost approaches that integrated primary care and behavioral health care teams can use to improve staff retention, boost morale, and reduce stress and burnout. Earn 1.5 continuing education credits for each CoP session, with a maximum of 12 CEs for participation in all eight sessions.
