Dear DUKE Heights BIA Member,
You are invited to attend our 2022 AGM.
The purpose of this meeting is to report on the BIA's programming, approve the BIA’s budget and proposed activities for 2023 and elect a Board of Management for the 2023-2026 term.
This program is paid for by a special levy charged to you as well as other commercial or industrial property owners in the BIA. The AGM is an opportunity to participate in the decisions that the BIA is making on your behalf.
If you are interested in being part of the Board in the coming term 2023-2026, please complete and submit the nomination form by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.
As a member, we encourage you to join the meeting from a computer or via Zoom App on your phone, rather than calling in. This way you will be able to view the presentations, and efficiently participate in the polling.
Only members of the BIA and their legal representatives (proof required**) are eligible to vote at the AGM. No person in attendance shall have more than one vote.
The Annual General Meeting will be recorded.

** By registering as a voting member for the DUKE Heights AGM, you accept that additional verification of BIA membership may be required upon request (proof of property ownership or business tenancy, e.g. business card, property tax bill, utility bill, first page of lease agreement, etc.)
