Join Alisa every other Wednesday evening for these 30 minute rest and restorative sessions via Zoom.
SPACE AND PHYSICAL SUGGESTIONS:
Be in a quiet, softly lit space if possible.
Comfortable clothing is beneficial.
A blanket for warmth, a soft spot to rest your head and perhaps a bolster under your knees to support your low back.
Practices will be done in savasana ( laying in resting pose). Seated positions are also possible, just ensure that your head feels fully supported so that when you relax, your neck remains neutral.
A journal is beneficial for keeping track of your progress, noting any parts of the practice that stand out for you, insight, inspiration and creativity that may spark, etc.
Please note that if you would like to play your own relaxing music/playlist while in the practice, I invite you to do so. Zoom is not optimal for hosts to be able to play music and speak at the same time. Every participant will remain muted for the duration of the practice to avoid disruption/distraction, as well as to allow the option of your own private playlist to be part of your experience.
Please feel free to have your cameras off during the practice.
