Live online Insight Yoga: Yin on Thursdays

For the practice you will need 2 yoga blocks and a blanket. If you don't have yoga blocks at home, get creative with books or cushions.

Some yoga experience is recommended for the practice. Please always practice within your own level of comfort without forcing yourself.

The fee is USD 10 per class.
A recording will be made available to those who registered for the class.
