Green New Deal Listening Session

The Green New Deal Oversight Board is hosting a 2 hour virtual listening session to hear community input to identify priorities that Seattle has for addressing climate change. Seattle’s Green New Deal Oversight Board (GNDOB), established through legislation, connects frontline community-led voices and the Seattle city government in support of developing policy, programs and investments to achieve these goals. The 19-member community board includes representatives from environmental justice organizations, frontline communities, labor unions, Indigenous communities, climate groups and workforce development specialists.
