Formation and Benefit of Peer Groups - Presented by the Emerging Leaders Committee
Questioning if a peer group is right for you and how can it help you grow as a leader? ‎
‎ ‎
Consider this: ‎
• Do you have a group of peers helping you maximize your growth and effectiveness? ‎
• Do you have peers that encourage you and hold you accountable?‎
• Do you want to be a part of a team that encourages you along your career path and will you ‎be an encourager of others? ‎
• What is the difference between facilitated on non-facilitated peer groups?‎
‎ ‎
Join CSIA’s Emerging Leaders for a look into the benefits of a peer group and provide opportunities for ‎peer groups to form.‎
‎ ‎
It can be lonely at the top. Leaders can easily become isolated. A peer group can help overcome ‎hurdles a leader might face going at it alone. Join the CSIA peer groups to gain different perspectives, ‎learn from others’ competencies, increase emotional intelligence, and benefit from accountability ‎relationships. ‎
