Creative Coping: An art-based workshop for kids and parents
Do your kids like to draw, paint, or sculpt? Would they enjoy having Mom or Dad (or both) join in? This interactive webinar series gives your family an opportunity to make art together while learning about identity, self-awareness, and expressing emotions. These lessons can help your child develop the ability to cope with the ups and downs of life.

The series is led by clinical mental health counselor Zeinab Moussa, M.A., LLPC, whose professional background includes providing behavioral and mental health services, special education, and art education.

Register for as many sessions as you like. All are free of charge and will last one hour.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Weekly Sessions:
Week 1- January 18: Me, Myself and I
Week 2- January 25: Let's Draw - Love, angry, sad, happy,
Week 3- February 1: Recognize Emotional Patterns
Week 4- February 8: Build a Wellness Box

Supplies needed:
White paper
Crayons/colored pencils
Glitter/glue (optional)
Stickers (optional)
Paint/puffy paint (optional)
