Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based fall prevention program that has been shown to improve coordination; increase the range of motion around ankle joints; and build strength in lower extremities as well as enhance mental health, improve sleep quality, reduce falls, and reduce blood pressure. During this sample class, you will have the opportunity to participate in a shortened version of the program and learn about opportunities to get involved.
