Equality Act: Employment – RNIB legal rights session
If you are a job applicant or an employee, you are protected from discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. You should not be discriminated against in the recruitment process or when you are at work. Employers must make reasonable adjustments for their disabled employees and job applicants.

This session will look at your rights at work as a disabled person, what support you can ask for and how to do this, as well as what to do if you believe your employer is discriminating against you.

This one hour session is for Visionary members only. To find out more about membership, see our membership page at https://www.visionary.org.uk/join-us/ or contact us at visionary@visionary.org.uk

Please note, we may share with your organisation details of your registration and attendance record on the Visionary sessions.
