Roundtable with Housing Ombudsman

In collaboration with the Housing Ombudsman we are running roundtables focussed on antisocial behaviour.
These will be interactive & will focus on case studies of antisocial behaviour complaints that we have been investigated at the Housing Ombudsman Service; providing valuable insight and learning opportunities in this complex area of complaint management.
The aim of the roundtable is to train and equip landlords to understand good practice and approaches in handling antisocial behaviour.
