Function First LIVE with the MSing Link in November
Join Dr Gretchen Hawley and Patricia Hawley in November for a series of exercise, yoga and meditation sessions focusing on strengthening your centre.

Week 1 - Seated Core Strengthening with Gretchen (2nd November): We’ll practice seated exercises that will improve your core strength & posture.

Week 2 - Mindful movement yoga with Patricia (9th November): Slowing your practice down by adding mindfulness to your movement.

Week 3 - Seated and Standing Core Strengthening with Gretchen (16th November): We’ll practice exercises that will improve your core strength, weight shifting & balance.

Week 4 - Gratitude Meditation with Patricia (23rd November): A short movement practice before we settle into a meditation with a mantra for gratitude.

Week 5 - Strengthening all sides of our core with Gretchen (30th November): This class will work on strengthening all sides of our core – front, sides, and back – so that you can move easier, improve posture, and reduce lower back pain. *Please note this session has been updated and was originally a yoga session with Patricia*
