KEN is committed to sharing ideas and resources which are responsive the needs of OST programs and partners across Kansas, especially in challenging times. 2022 continues to present unique challenges and opportunities for programs and communities serving youth. This spring, staff management and development, burnout and rekindling partnerships have been front and center. We look forward to sharing insights around these themes through access to industry experts and best practices to enhance your programs and practices.
