Pride at Work: Rainbow Connections

From November 2022 - June 2023, Pride at Work will be hosting monthly DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging) training sessions on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 11AM. Description:
People are the driving force behind any activist movement, and sustainable, effective support starts with community engagement. Since the first LGBTQ+ group in Dublin was established in 1973, there are now dozens of support, social and sports organisations in Ireland for LGBTQ+ folk and their allies.

This module is specifically designed for anyone who wants to learn more about supporting their LGBTQ+ friends, family, or colleagues.

Learning outcomes:
Get an overview of LGBTQ+ organisations as well as practical tips on how to meaningfully connect with rainbow communities with the resources that are available.
