Join us for Staying Well: An emotional health workshop for teens. During this 4-part workshop, mental health counselor Zeinab Moussa, M.A., LLPC, will provide tools and resources needed to cope with strong emotions. Weekly topics are:
Week 1- Saturday, Sept 17: Give yourself permission to feel
Week 2 - Saturday, Sept 24: Emotional Intelligence vs. Emotional
Week 3 - Saturday, Oct 1: Practical Coping
Week 4 – Saturday, Oct 8: Moving Forward
Register for as many sessions as you like. All are free of charge and will last one hour. This workshop is for teens- not parents, guardians, or caregivers.
