Writer Yoga + Word Sprint (Level: Beginner Hatha)
Register for a half hour of yoga, led by BreOutside, and a half hour of writing in community led by NaNoWriMo staff. (After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.) Please note that you may have to register for each session!

There will be a chance to chat virtually face to face after the word sprint, but feel free to keep your camera off during the yoga (and during the chat as well, if it makes you feel more comfortable).

What level to expect:
Monday, Sept. 12 — Beginner Hatha
Tuesday, Sept. 20 — Gentle Floor Stretch
Monday, Oct. 10 — Beginner Hatha
Tuesday Oct. 18 — Chair Yoga
Wednesday Nov. 2 — Beginner Hatha
Saturday, Nov. 12 — Beginner Hatha
Wednesday Nov. 23 — Gentle Floor Stretch
Monday, Nov. 28 — Beginner Hatha

Description of levels:

Beginning Hatha - Hatha yoga is considered a gentle yoga that focuses on static poses. It's great for beginners, but it still can be physically challenging. It mixes gentle stretches with more challenging yoga poses like Warrior One or Triangle Pose. If at any point it feels too hard, Coach Bre will provide an alternative pose.

Gentle Floor Stretch - This is an easy class focused on meditation and gentle stretching. Physical requirements include being able to sit and lie on the floor.

Seated Chair Stretch - Note: This is designed to be an easy, accessible class with few physical requirements. If at any point you're struggling, though, let Coach Bre know and she can provide accommodations.
