PLAC Corporate Roundtable Forum: Early Vetting in MDLs - Goals, Strategies, Approaches, and Challenges

PLAC's Healthcare and Lifesciences Technology Group is sponsoring its next Corporate Roundtable on Wednesday, March 29th at 1:00 EST. In this session, led by PLAC members Christopher Guth, Larissa Eustice, and Amanda Camelotto of Bayer Corporation, participants will discuss corporate members' experiences, challenges and approaches to early vetting in MDL litigation. Come prepared to discuss:
• Including an early vetting mechanism in the pending proposed amendment to Rule 16.1, which lists early considerations for MDL judges
• Absent a rule requiring early mechanism, best practices and experiences for courts to implement early vetting procedures in a particular litigation
