In this session, Ryan will share his story of dealing with stress and burnout firsthand. Participants will be introduced to strategies and concepts they can apply to reduce stress and improve productivity. Rather than tell an inspirational story followed by the usual “now what?” This session is packed with practical and easy to implement strategies to manage stress and improve productivity.

After years of climbing the corporate ladder at a fast moving startup, I ended up in a hospital because of a mental breakdown caused by workplace stress. After going to a dark place with mental health, I discovered putting your mental health first can actually have major career benefits. I made it my personal mission to find the answer to the question, ”How can I be highly productive and work fewer hours?” After moving on from Customer success leadership, I now help train people on strategies to reduce stress, improve productivity, and change work for the better. My goal is to help people get more time in their day, improve mental resilience and crush their goals.
