In this course, we’ll be reviewing the entire listing package. Starting with a deep dive into the Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement, followed by a review of all disclosures that the Seller must sign. We’ll also look at the MLS RE1 Input form, Sign Installation form, MAR Fees and Fines to Avoid & Fair Housing Advertising Word & Phrase List.
