Baltimore Veterans Collaborative
The Baltimore Veterans Collaborative is made up of organizations — such housing, healthcare, employment, education, legal services, and other providers—that coordinate services to help veterans, service members, and their families thrive. Public, private, and nonprofit partners work together to actively align and refer to each other’s services and help people they serve enroll and successfully complete the multiple services needed to reach their goals.

The Collaborative is supported by ServingTogether, a program of EveryMind, that provides a local program manager, professional navigators, and technology to help our military connected community access the resources and services they need to reach their full potential.

Who Attends?

The Collaborative is for front line staff and program directors of any institution (public, private, and nonprofit) who seek to actively refer veterans and military families to valuable programs and services and build partnerships that leverage resources for our military community.

Goals
-Build referral partnerships with organizations providing an array of services needed for veterans and military families to be successful. Partners will learn how to help their clients enroll and succeed in partner programs, and coordinate services into a plan that helps people assemble the resources needed to reach success.
-Serve as an affinity group that increases the professional development and networking for both front-line and management staff of veteran serving organizations.
-Develop a “community of practice” that elevates and scales solutions needed to help veterans, service members, and their families access the resources needed to achieve their fullest potential.
