How PSIS 119 Improved PBIS Implementation by 23% Using Teacher Rewards

PSIS 119 was going through the PBIS motions. They had the systems, they had the tools, and they had the structure…but they didn’t totally have the buy-in.

That’s why Shannon Ditta and her Culture and Climate Team decided to make some changes…and it worked! LiveSchool usage is up 23% this year! Join Shannon on April 26th to learn how they converted all of that positive energy into:

- 2,000 Individual Data Reports Created

During the event, Shannon and her team will show you how they accomplished all of it by leaning into the fundamentals of PBIS and applying those concepts to their staff.

They set high expectations and then rewarded teachers for meeting those expectations by creating an incentive plan that included everything from gift cards, and bulletin board shoutouts, to school swag!

All of those incentives have created an atmosphere where student behavior and teacher morale are both improving.
