Monday Evening Meditation
As a Buddhist practitioner with a deep commitment to Dharma service, I began hosting silent meditation sessions via Zoom each Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 pm ET. I started this weekly practice to provide an opportunity for people from all spiritual traditions to come together and meditate within the energy of a like-minded community. There is no obligation or commitment nor any formal teachings; people just drop in when they feel that meditating would be of benefit to them. We follow a traditional Buddhist format of preparation, motivation, silent meditation, and dedication with a few minutes at the beginning and thankfulness at the end.
