Overcoming the Nostalgia Narrative
Our narratives, whether personal or cultural or organisational, will literally affect our efforts in the present to prepare us for the future.

The story many people tell about the past is an idealised emotional state rather than an honest representation of history. Alternatively other people have painful memories that evoke unhelpful emotions in the present. Without a clearer picture and honest acceptance of the past, we cannot see clearly into the future.

We can overcome our Nostalgia Narratives to tell better stories to shape our lives.

- Learn where the nostalgia narratives come from
- Discover how nostalgia narratives are used to manipulate and persuade
- Dive into a model that will show you the value of reshaping those narratives
- Learn how to co-create new narratives that serve your vision

Conversational Webinars

These webinars are open and free for anyone to attend. After an initial presentation from Charlotte Kemp, introducing and explaining concepts and models, we will discuss amongst the participants, what this means for our own circumstances and how we might apply them to make real and relevant changes to our futures.

No prior knowledge or understanding is required to participate in these sessions. Please feel free to share with interested colleagues.

For other events presented by Charlotte Kemp, please see this page and subscribe for updates.
