Supporting Staff Wellbeing: Reclaiming a Sense of Community, Belonging, and Connection

Recognizing the challenges of the past few years, this session moves beyond overly simplified (and sometimes alienating) conceptions of “self-care” to look at how to regain a sense of community, belonging, and connection in the coming school year. Participants can expect to leave with tangible strategies and goals that will allow them to think about their role in reconstituting the school community in the not-so-distant future.
