Join Dr Gretchen Hawley and Patricia Hawley in February 2023 for a series of exercise, yoga and meditation sessions. This month's theme is 'stretching and releasing'.
Week 1 - Exercise with Gretchen (1 February): Seated stretching to reduce spastic thigh and calf muscles.
Week 2 - Yoga with Patricia (8 February): Stretch and Release Yoga: Myofascial Release and a Nervous System re-set using stretching poses and Vagus Nerve Activation.
Week 3 - Meditation with Patricia (15 February): Release what no longer serves you with a meditation that begins with Vagus Nerve stimulation.
Week 4 - Exercise with Gretchen (22 February): Seated stretching to help improve walking! I’ll also provide standing stretch options.
