Virtual discussion of the film, "Leave No Trace", by writer-director Debra Granik. Vet with PTSD from middle east war and teen daughter living off the land in a national park in Oregon get pulled into society by the law and well-meaning social workers, then try to flee. The daughter, who has been handling much of the logistics of their unconventional existence, grows through seeing what opportunities exist in the wider world and decides that she needs to make a life separate from her father's limitations.
