This year, CCADV brings our virtual wellness workshops that include:

1) Shamanic Journey with Sound Healing by Jessica Alejandro, LMFT, Owner, Whole Heart Healing, LLC

Here you will take a Shamanic Journey to your Sacred Space, a safe space to start your daily practice, meditations and connect with your soul.

2) Yoga to Reduce Stress by Nikki Adams, Founder of Beauty for Ashes Wellness Cultivation, LLC & Trauma Informed Yoga Facilitator, RYT 500

Here you will learn breath work and yoga postures to help relieve stress and calm the nervous system whenever you encounter a stressful moment or situation.

3) Steppin' With Felicia: An Intro to Xtreme Hip Hop Step Aerobics by
Felicia Goodwine, Director of Peer Services, Beacon Health Options

Here you will learn the basic steps of step aerobics for overall health and wellness.

4) Exploring Radical Self Love through Meditation and Journaling by Kai Belton MSW, Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator & Clinical Director for Safe Connect at CCADV

Here you will experience loving-kindness practices that provide tools to cultivate self-compassion and self-acceptance.
