The Supplemental Offer and Acceptance Program, or better known as the SOAP, is a process that many programs have heard of but may have never participated. This presentation will walk you through the background of the SOAP process, how a program can participate, how to get the residency team ready for the SOAP, how to navigate the match week and how to recruit residents out of the match. We welcome any and all questions about the SOAP process.
