Bryophyte inventories, with an emphasis on Beringia
Speaker: Terry McIntosh
Terry has been involved in field botany for many years, particularly in projects related to bryophytes. He has surveyed for rare species, conducted general species inventories, and participated in bioblitzes and other community projects. For the last several years, one of his main study areas has been Beringia, a huge area in northern Yukon that hasn’t been glaciated for millions of years. Come join Terry as he shares some of his discoveries and adventures related to his bryophyte research, as well as his reflections on biological inventories in general.
