Multiple resources are available to older people seeking assistance with technology. Many public libraries have adapted their services during the last decade to accommodate the demands of their ageing populations.
Over time, the digital learning practices of the older people studied have intersected with the community-based information infrastructure of public libraries. To share their extensive experience in making the communities more resilient and more knowledgeable, Mr. Craig Todd-Langille and Ms. Dawn Connolly would be leading a discussion on ‘’Digital Skills for Older People and The Role Libraries Can Play” in the IFA Global Cafe Series.
